Medicine

I'm a bit ok than yesterday, less sneezing & less cough. I just came back from the Pharmacy.. Actually, I was planning to go to one of our panel clinic but unfortunately, the clinic was full.

So, I went to the pharmacy near by. I use to go to that Pharmacy if I need medication & etc...

The phamarcist gave me the same medication like the one that I took from our indoor clinic last month. Cough Syrup, Selsema pil & antibiotik. Have to finish the medicine expecially antibiotik.

Got too sleepy after taking the medication, I got to sleep now. Hope I can get well this evening.

Swine Flu..

I'm still having my flu, coughing.. I show this news about Swine flu that has been occur recently.

What is Swine flu??

- Swine flu is a highly contagious acute respiratory disease normally found in pigs. It spreads through tiny particles in the air or by direct contact. According to WHO it tends to infect large numbers of a given pig population, killing between 1 and 4 percent of those affected. Not every animal infected displays symptoms.

It's maybe a combination of SARS & Bird Flu..

-Cough, Experts believe it spreads in the same way as seasonal flu – through coughing and sneezing.

Threatment?

- This includes covering their nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, disposing of dirty tissues promptly and carefully, washing hands frequently with soap and water and cleaning surfaces which are regularly touched.

- follow general infection control practices and good hygiene to reduce transmission of all viruses.

Well, I'm a bit worried about my health too..I've been coughing all night & most of my collegue have their flu & cough.. Also, my supervisor..having her cough too..hehe!! Everyone told me that I've spread all the viruses.. hehehe!! For more info..click this link..THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT!!!

Hello there...

I'm not feeling well since last night. I think I'm having my sinustitis (resdung) back. Keep on sneezing all night long & today I'm getting worse..Luckily, I still have the old medicine but still keep on sneezing until now & I'm having my headache now..

I feel lazy to came down to work but...this is not a valid reason to get MC. haha!

Ok, chow!! Preparing to get bath & buy medicine at the Pharmacy..

Women Ministry

I just came back from the church. Pastor Epa is the Preacher for the session today. Not so much people came this time. Well, nothing much to say. Mum send uncle to the airport just now. I'm just having my rest at home. Having night shift today..(Feel lazy to came to work..I'm having my soar throat & maybe going to have my flu later..) Oh No!!!!! I had being sick!!! Reheasal

Today, I went to pay all my debt. Really tired driving on the road, from Green Road to Padungan then to mum's office to fetch her. Mum inform me that this evening my uncle Yahya is coming here to some talk at Riverside Majectic. He will reached here around 9pm. Around 5.30pm, start to rain really heavily, I wonder uncle's flight might be delayed due to the heavy rain.

7pm, I'm going for the Praise & worship reheasal at our church. By the way, our church will be the host for the Women Ministry for Kuching Division.

After the rehearsal, mum & I went to the 3rd Mile night market. I haven't been there seen middle of last year. The Mee Sapi really nice & Lai Chi Kang too. I wonder the tauke must be missing me so much..(I'm his regular customer before) Hehehe!

My uncle plane landed Kuching at 11pm. So, we straightaway send him & one of his collegue to Grand Majectic (Holiday Inn). 12am, We reached home.

What a tired day today. All day long I've been driving the car, sometimes I've been wishing that the car can move by itself or I can create a handphone to control it. How I wish to have that kind of car. Got to go to bed, going to church tomorrow at 9am. Goodnite!

A walk..

Yesterday, mum has entered the final for volleyball competition that has been organised by the medical club & finaly their team got runner up. Last Saturday, I did went to watch the match at MBKS unfortunately the hall is really hot. So, I went out to get some fresh air. I went to the Pangkalan at Pending, what a beautiful view overthere..I sat in the car and watch the wonderful view of God's creation. Really peaceful!!

Then, I went to Kenyalang Park. Just window shopping. I've heard everyone said that Kenyalang Park have many cheap pirate DVD & VCD. I didn't buy any movies coz I was thinking I've bought a few DVD from Sibu last February & I haven't finish watching all of the movies. I have a drink in Sugarbun & someone attract my eyes. It's a little boy who want to catch a bird. He has a funny trick to catch it. First, he spread the bun on the floor then he took a stick & target it at the bird that he like but unfortunately, he fail. The funny part is each time he's trying to throw the bird, people walk through it & the birds flew away..

Death due to medical negligence?

For a long time I didn't log in my Friendster. This is because I was really busy with my Final Sem exam and I'm more on facebook now. During my surfing, I've read about this news that posted by one of a concern Lun Bawang people. I read it and I felt really sad & sorry for this family. Last outing with WD friends..

Last week after the retrenchment result, my ex-colleagues invited me to a farewell picnic for all of us. At first we thought it is going to rain but thank God, it's a wonderful day to have a swim. We went to Matang Family Park & we Barbeque, swimming, playing around & teasing one each other..It's a happy moment where we always do during working hours. What I missed alot is the way how we mix around..
